This position is responsible for coordinating details of employee retention programs and activities. This will include, but not be limited to, corporate events, service anniversary recognition, and team member reward programs. Ensures that the program activities support and promote the overall company strategic priorities and values.. Develops and implements procedures to maximize synergies across multiple clients as appropriate. Implements measurements for each recognition activity to ensure effectiveness, usage and awareness. Identifies opportunities and develops new recognition tools and resources to enhance corporate cultural objectives. Provides direction to the department team members and outside vendors. Supports additional HR and company initiatives as appropriate.
