instructions when receiving a PATH Application
submitting the applicantís information, please verify with
the team memberís supervisor/manager whether the candidate
is in good standing and has been in their current position
for the minimum required time.
following documents should be submitted to the hotel with
the job opening:
Applicantís completed PATH application
copy of Applicantís EEO data form (only needed if applicant is
applying for a position outside of their location)
in mind that HR is responsible for submitting all paperwork
on behalf of the applicant
If you are
the HR manager of the applicant and evaluated that your team
member does not meet the minimum requirements and you do not
feel comfortable with forwarding on the application, you
should advise them why they do not meet the qualifications.
application was forwarded on and the HR/hiring manager
evaluates that the team member is not qualified for the job,
the HR/hiring manager should contact the applicant directly
or contact the team memberís HR department.
copy of the team memberís performance review is not required.
